Not everyone who is tired is weak

Why I Started Writing and Running I didn’t start all of it because my life was going well. Quite the opposite. There were times when I felt tired of many things — expectations , pressures, shortcomings, and thoughts that never really stopped. On the outside, I looked strong, productive, and okay. But inside, I often felt a fatigue that was hard to explain. Then I started running . At first, it was simple. I just wanted to move my body. I just wanted to get out of the house. I just wanted a reason not to be submerged in my own thoughts for too long. But it turned out that every small step felt like it gave me space to breathe. When running, I didn’t have to be anyone. I didn’t have to look perfect. I didn’t have to answer anyone's questions. I just needed to keep moving. And from that, I learned something — life is also like running. Not always fast. Not always easy. Sometimes breathless, sometimes you want to stop. But as long as your legs keep moving, we still have hope. I didn’t...
